 Return or Exchange policy

We do not accept returns on any item, but if you believe the style doesn't suit you and you'd like to exchange it for something else, please feel free to email us at MoonstockJewelry@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that we will not pay for any additional shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping of the first item and the new shipping cost for the second item..

Please notify us within 1 WEEK if you have an exchange 

Sales that are final include: Custom items, sale items, and Repurposed Designer pieces

Shipping Policy

We will provide tracking for every order. 

Once we hand the package over to USPS, we are not in control of it reaching you. If a tracking number says "delivered" we are not responsible. If the package is proven to be lost, we can send a replacement, but we can not give a refund. Please make sure someone is home when a package is being delivered, if it will be delivered into an unsecured mailbox. 

If you used the wrong address for your order and we have already shipped it out, we will have to wait til the order is sent back to us and you must pay additional shipping fee to send it to your correct address. 

International shipping FAQs:

Orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive to you, but if customs stopped the package, it could take an additional 2-3 weeks. We can not be held responsible for packages arriving later than you thought it would. We ship out orders frequently to assure speediness on our end, but we can not control how long USPS takes.
