Shipping Questions

The speed will depend on your location and the shipping option you selected. We ship our orders out frequently, within 1-3 days, so that your item will reach you faster.

If you selected a preorder item, then the processing time will be listed in the description of the item.

We currently ship to the following countries: 

United States, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.

If your country is not listed, please click the chat button on the bottom right corner or visit our contact us page to get more info!

If you used the wrong address for your order and we have already shipped it out, we will have to wait til the order is sent back to us and you must pay additional shipping fee to send it to your correct address. 

If you order doesn’t show it was shipped, there still might be time to amend it. 

Returns + Exchanges

We do not accept returns on any item, but if you believe the style doesn't suit you and you'd like to exchange it for something else, please feel free to contact us via our contact page at the bottom of the site, or start a chat by clicking the button in the bottom right corner.
Please keep in mind that we will not pay for any additional shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost.

Please notify us within 1 WEEK of receiving your order if you have an exchange, past that items will be ineligible for exchange.


If you have an order issue that results in a desired refund, please contact us!

If you believe that an item doesn’t suit you, we do offer exchanges on our products. (In the next question below this one we cover what products are ineligible for exchanges)

To start an exchange, contact us via our contact page at the bottom of the site, or click the chat button in the bottom right corner.

Please notify us within 1 WEEK of receiving your order if you have an exchange, past that your items will be ineligible for exchange.

Your exchange items must then be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving them, if it goes over that, your items will be ineligible for an exchange.

Please keep in mind that we will not pay for any additional shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

If an exchange is due to an error on our end, then the return postage will be free of charge.

Return postage costs $4 for domestic orders and $13 for international. We will send you the postage listing to buy, and once it is purchased we will send you the return the label.

Please note that if an exchange/return is due to an error on our end then the return postage will be free.

Items that are ineligible for exchange and are considered final:

Custom items, sale items, and Repurposed Designer pieces 

Also, if an item is returned back to us with clear wear it will be sent back to you and will not be eligible for an exchange

If you do not notify us of your desired exchange within 1 WEEK of receiving it, or if you do not send your exchange back within 30 days, your order will be ineligible for an exchange.

Care + materials

The majority of our jewelry is made with 24k gold plated brass, rhodium plating, or stainless steel. We use high quality materials in all of our pieces, and each item will have those materials listed in the description.

Since the majority of our jewelry is plated, we recommend not getting them wet. The plating is meant to prevent tarnishing within the normal guidelines of wear, but water will speed up its lifespan.

The best way to extend the life of your jewelry and to prevent tarnishing is to keep your pieces away from water, excessive sweat, lotion, or perfumes. Lotion and perfumes change your skins PH which causes a corrosive effect to the plating of your jewelry. We also recommend storing your jewels in an airtight jewelry box or bag, as well as cleaning your pieces after wear with a soft microfiber cloth!
